A Hunter's Legacy: Rise of the Fallen

Disgraced hunter Kael Veymar, haunted by his father's shattered crest, drowns his sorrows in a grimy tavern. An attack by a corrupted Fallen beast, spewing acid and speaking of the Harbinger, is interrupted by Lyria, a rogue huntress bearing the stolen Fractalis amulet, once owned by Kael's father. Their reunion is brutally cut short by Dren, Kael's former comrade, who killed Garrik for the Guild. Lyria aids Kael's escape after a brutal fight, but a Fallen's ooze leaves Kael's flesh corrupted, pulsing with the Harbinger's voice. Seeking answers, they seek Ms. Miller, who provides Kael with a sword and a cryptic warning to find Torin. The Guild pursues them, and Dren faces humiliation for his failure. Meanwhile, the Dozen Vanguards receive a chilling letter from a deceased author. The Fractalis's true nature and Garrik Veymar's lingering influence complicate matters. Kael and Lyria now journey to Godsgrave, a place where hunters perish and the Harbinger's eclipse threatens to dawn.
