Ascension of the strongest God

In "Ascension of the strongest God" by The_Broken_Author, a world once blessed by a god is left in ruins after divine retribution for humanity's sins. As a supposed act of mercy, the god bestowed upon survivors the gift of "Talents" to defend against ensuing demons and monsters. In this god-forsaken realm, Kieran Marcoth, on the day he was to receive his talent from Orion, the departed god, unexpectedly awakens a hidden, SSS-ranked talent. This powerful gift, however, can only be activated under specific conditions. Initially met with ridicule and insults, Kieran is critically injured. Yet, Orion has not entirely abandoned his son. A divine system intervenes, declaring Kieran a God candidate. The challenge is laid out: defeat other candidates and claim the title of the next God for the devastated world. Driven by a burning desire for revenge against those who wronged him, Kieran’s arduous journey commences, leaving the question of whether this former helper will ascend to become a benevolent deity or a tyrannical one.
