How To Die As Heavy As Mount Tai

In the afterlife, individuals are categorized by their death: "light as a feather" for the unimportant, or "heavy as Mount Tai" for the exceptionally significant. When such extraordinary individuals depart without achieving a correspondingly grand end, they are left with unfulfilled desires. These lingering wishes prevent their souls from being fully purified by Meng Po's soup and, consequently, hinder reincarnation for those whose souls are not pure enough. Enter Lu Heng, serial number 666, from the underworld's department of purifying souls. His mission is to grant these souls their final wish: to die importantly, while maintaining their original character. Lu Heng strives for S+ evaluation by leaving names in the annals. However, his efforts often lead to him breaking up established couples (CPs), much to the dismay of his Section Chief, who repeatedly deducts his salary. Despite Lu Heng's protests that it's not his fault, a mysterious person offers comfort.
