Dave Richards is the world's worst goalkeeper, a failing he finds especially heartbreaking given that Unique FC has no other options, forcing him to remain their first-choice despite his limitations. Following a disastrous match filled with missed saves and errors, Dave faces severe criticism from management and anger from his teammates. Returning home dejected and frustrated, particularly with those who predicted he would inherit his grandfather's goalkeeping abilities, Dave discovers a hidden door in his room. Below, he finds a black box that, once opened, engulfs him in a bright white light. Upon regaining his sight, a system appears in his vision, welcoming him and announcing the activation of the Goalkeeping System. This is the tale of how an unremarkable goalkeeper rises to professionalism.
